We work with a wide range of Health Insurance providers to offer our clients the most from their policies. In order to use your insurance we will must be made aware at the point of booking and require the following information in order to submit your claim for treatment:

  • Name of Insurance Provider

  • Membership Number & Authorisation Number

  • Number of Treatments authorised by your Provider

  • Excess on your insurance policy
