Matt O’Grady
Matthew O'Grady is an accomplished physiotherapist with a wealth of experience across various domains of healthcare and sports medicine. Holding full memberships with prestigious bodies such as the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and the Health & Care Professions Council, along with an associate membership with the UK Strength and Conditioning Association, Matt's qualifications and expertise are highly recognised.
Having earned distinctions in both MSC Sports and Exercise Medicine from the University of South Wales and MSC Physiotherapy from Teesside University, plus a first-class honours degree in BSc Sports Therapy, Matt demonstrates his commitment to excellence in education.
Matt's professional journey spans roles as a lead physiotherapist in various settings, from professional sports associations like the Professional Squash Association and UK Pro League Tennis to managing his own clinic at St Georges Hill Lawn Tennis Club, and at Revive Wellness Centre. His responsibilities have ranged from tournament lead physiotherapist to clinical lead, demonstrating his ability to manage diverse caseloads effectively.
With additional roles in academic lecturing, personal training, and paramedic duties, Matt brings a holistic approach to his practice. His communication, presentation, and leadership skills have been showcased at prestigious conferences, and his military background highlights his commitment to service and leadership.

Aaron
Aaron graduated from St. Mary's University, Twickenham, in 2017 with a 1st Class Honors BSc in Sports Rehabilitation. He later went on to complete his Physiotherapy MSc in 2022, graduating with a Distinction. Aaron has experience working with both England and Harlequins Women's Rugby, as well as professional UK Ice Hockey with the Guildford Flames.
Within private practice and the NHS, he has experience working with patient of all ages with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. He also has experience working on various wards within the NHS, including Trauma and Elective Orthopedics, medicine, respiratory and ICU giving him a greater appreciation for patients’ over all health.
Aaron believes in a holistic approach to patient assessments to better understand their problems, allowing for a well-planned, comprehensive rehabilitation program that ensures patients can achieve their goals and optimise their well-being.
